Recently been talking about the balance between training your strength and weaknesses with my youth athletes. The first time I talked about your strength being like your “sword” one of the kids said then your weakness could be your “numb-chucks”. Loved this analogy, “are you sharpening your sword or practicing with your numb-chucks?”
Recently I heard @Kris mention “vegetable” boulders (your anti-style). When I shared this with the kids we came up with your “dessert knife=strength and you’re weakness=your carrot numb-chucks”
Hopefully someone else can use this or at least get a laugh out of it.
