Should I train with a coach or without?

If you’re highly self-motivated or just prefer to do it on your own, our no-coach option might be perfect for you. Frankly, we recommend that most people do a cycle or two without coaching - it’s important to learn your own strengths, shortcomings, and leanings so that you know how/where a coach could best help you.

If you do opt for coach communication, your coach will make any necessary initial adjustments and then follow up with weekly check-in’s. They can provide an added level of accountability, give clarification of any exercises and answers to any questions you may have, plus supply support and encouragement that many folks find very valuable.
